Thank you for shopping at Myfasionplace. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item according to the policy below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you will have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Once we receive the returned item, you will be refunded the full purchase amount including the original shipping costs. The cost of returning the product to our return address is the responsibility of the customer.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be returned in the original packaging where possible

  • Show no signs of use or damage caused by the customer

  • Include all accessories and components

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been used, damaged, or returned incomplete.

3. How to Request a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Hygiene products where the seal has been broken

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Digital products or downloadable content

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

8. Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not picked up from a pickup point and is returned to us, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
